Gaston Kuperschmit is special counsel with Baker & Miller PLLC in Washington D.C. where he focuses primarily on antitrust issues.  Mr. Kuperschmit has been regularly involved in the defense of mergers and acquisitions before U.S. and state antitrust agencies as well as civil antitrust matters.  Additionally, Mr. Kuperschmit has extensive experience in Hart-Scott-Rodino filings and antitrust litigation and counseling in the agricultural, technology, and transportation sectors. 

 

            Mr. Kuperschmit graduated from The George Washington University with a B.A. degree in International Economics, and received his J.D. from the Washington College of Law of American University.
