Alice G. Glass is special counsel with Baker & Miller PLLC where her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, appeals, and government investigations.  Ms. Glass has been involved in the litigation of antitrust and other matters dealing with agricultural and food products, securities laws, pharmaceutical products, fiduciary duties, and contractual disputes.  Ms. Glass has worked extensively with expert witnesses in various fields and has been involved in the defense of class actions and other mass-action lawsuits.  Ms. Glass’ practice also involves the defense of mergers and acquisitions before the U.S. antitrust agencies under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976.
